MY STORY

2014 - 2017  Graduate of Yitzhak Rabin High School, Eilat, specializing in Arts.

2015 -  Art Studies (foundation, techniques) with artist Amir Elkayam, Eilat.

His work is defined by sharp and precise lines and in images that stir the emotions. Nevo uses soft textures that harmoniously merge between the array of colours and lines.

The lines, formed by a free hand movement are a central component of his work.

The colors are sometimes delicate and sometimes vibrant, the sense of depth in his works stems from many layers of color that merge with each other.

Each work of art has no limitations and viewers are invited to lose themselves in each work, as did the artist when he created it.

Each canvas is like a battle in which the artist expresses his inner feelings and exposes his inner world.

At the age of two, Nevo was diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum and at the age of 12, he became almost completely blind.

Despite these limitations, Nevo is determined to succeed in conquering every new challenge, however unattainable it may seem.

The highlight of the past year, a solo exhibition at the United Nations, New York, April 2018.

His paintings are large scale, spectacular and full of expression, shades and colors.

Nevo's personal story and works emphasize his personal victory, inspiration and the source of strength he found within himself, alongside his desire to give others with similar difficulties or limitations the courage to celebrate who they are rather than hide themselves away from the public and to find their own way to self-expression and communication.
